March 10-13, 2004 SFPA 2004 Convention (Southeastern Fabric Products Association) The Chattanoogan, Chattanooga, TN |
|
The fourth largest city in Tennessee sits just upriver of what was the wildest portion of the Tennessee River. Home to the "Last Battle of the Revolutionary War" and populated as a direct result of the "Trail of Tears" removal of the Cherokees to Oklahoma, Chattanooga was put on the map because of the railroad. Chattanooga has become the fastest growing tourist destination in Tennessee. Chattanooga's downtown is custom made for visitors. There's plenty of parking, not a great deal of traffic, and many of the attractions are clustered together For more information on the event, visit: http://www.sfpa.homestead.com
